Reservations: Fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation is required when you book. Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted. The balance of payment will be required upon your arrival. Confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you by e-mail within five days of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations: Clients booking one to three-week reservations may cancel a reservation two weeks prior to the reserved date and receive a twenty-five percent (25%) refund. Clients booking one or more months may cancel one month prior to the reserved date and receive a twenty-five percent (25%) refund. If the client fails to arrive for his or her designated reservation the entire reservation deposit will be charged.

Early departure: The full length of your booking must be honored. Refunds will only be issued if the cottage can be re-rented for the time it is left vacated.

Check in/check out:
Check in time is after 2:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
|

Occupancy: Rose Wind Cottage can accommodate three adults.
|
| 6.
|
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
|
| 7.
|
Smoking: We ask our guests to please consider not smoking inside the cottage.
You are welcome to smoke outside on the decks.
